  1. An admin to review and approve the request
  2. Domain experts to define key entities and price drivers
  3. Community contributors to label example headlines

Once approved, the asset goes live immediately with generic FinBERT + AI inference. As labels accumulate (500+), a domain-specific fine-tuned model replaces it.
